Support

Fit, access, privacy, and security questions have a clear route.

Prospective learners

Read the readiness guide or use the protected form below before purchase. No sales countdown, waitlist, or presale is active.

Organization-sponsored learner

A business may be the contracting and billing party while the individual learner remains fixed. Sponsorship does not create a transferable seat. Choose this category for purchase or account-linking help.

Device change or travel

There is no silent device-count limit. Legitimate travel and replacement devices are supported; suspicious signals create review rather than automatic termination.

Contact support without signing in

Use this form for fit questions or when sign-in is unavailable. Do not submit passwords, API keys, card numbers, cookies, tokens, private lesson answer keys, or another person’s data.

Security vulnerabilities

Use the coordinated-disclosure route rather than the general support form for suspected vulnerabilities.

What support covers

We support account access; payment, invoice and tax-ID issues; entitlement state; platform defects; the official environment and deployment path; included model execution; rubric interpretation; accessibility; privacy; and security reporting.

Outside the support scope

Support does not include custom application development, debugging arbitrary external code, third-party cloud billing, private infrastructure consulting, legal or compliance advice, or operating your post-course production system.

Human escalation and appeals

Use the support form for payment, access, privacy or security blockers, or a suspected platform or assessment-scoring defect. Choose Learning for a scoring appeal and include the module, step, observed result and request reference, without private answers. A human reviews unresolved consequential cases; automated acknowledgements are not human responses. Support cannot waive assessment criteria or award credentials informally.

The first-human-response target is a service target, not a contractual SLA. Reopening an existing case preserves its history; you do not need to submit a duplicate.
